Honestly it should be 5 stars, but the retro quality is so authentic it inspires a skepticism as to the absolute cleanliness (you can only do so much to the 30+ y/o furniture/fixtures). Seriously, don't come here if you're not adventurous (read: if you are high-maintenance); it's just like stepping back in time (plus wifi). The staff is excellent!;true locals that can recommend the best anything.
Very accommodating staff, friendly and clean. Affordable! A great place to hang your hat for the night if you're passing through. Great value for the money.
Stayed here July 2017. Rooms clean and large with lots of storage, hot shower with excellent pressure, wifi worked great, staff pleasant. Room had a pleasant retro vibe and felt safe. Would stay here again.
There is nothing I can complain in here. The staff was good. Got a spacious room for a very good rate. Would certainly come back when tour around again.
Find this little gem because ask the hotels on the east side of town were either full or highly price. Did a "hotel" search on Google and the Sleepy Hollow Motel appeared. I called right away, spoke with Kelly, be the time I arrived he had paperwork already filled out for me. He was such a pleasure to call with, he even stayed extra to check us in, this was about 11:15pm
tldr: great rates, solid digs; no snobs, no dogs, no smoking
I want expecting much after viewing the photos, but WOW, VERY CLEAN, VERY CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE. Love the old style inside the room, brings back memories! Will definitely be back and wood recommend this hidden gem....
