As stated in other reviews you get what you pay for. Very reasonable rates but not a very nice place to stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating but this did not overcome the poor shape of the motel. It was generally fairly clean but desperately needs updates and repairs.
What an unexpected delight! Great value, clean, spacious, comfortable, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV and fast Wifi. All for only $65!! Comfort Inn wanted $136. Has safe courtyard parking for auto. EXCELLENT
Clean. Quiet. Safe. Good food within walking distance. Period motel (40s) with neon. Great staff. True to period no fridge in room. No ice machine but owner lives there and will give you some ice for drinks, and a gas station is a short walk and has ice. Can't beat the price or the personal service. About 15 rooms all ground floor.
The room was nice and clean! The only complaint was that there were large spaces around the door that let a lot of cold air in, but the room had a nice heater which helped it a lot!
No frills motel, exactly as advertised. While it's true that facility is older, it has been well maintained and room was clean and tidy. The service is good (front desk guy was good natured and even turned the AC on in anticipation of our arrival). The price is right ($50 for two adults). Wifi works great. Shower had great water pressure. Perfect place to rest for a night on a long road trip. Also, we were told that check-in was until 11pm (unlike previous post).
I wish the owners well but we would not stay there again.
