Nice place the river makes it! Spacious room, personal breakfast cooked to order. The nice latino staff even helped me wash my road reusable food container. Tips were appreciated. Only at the 9pm check in, the late middle aged guy seems a little short and grouchy with ya. But that’s part of the place’s charm I guess.
This place is super nice. I wish all my work travel was to places like this. We had a wonderful stay. I would love to come to this place as a destination and stay a couple of weeks. Green river has great museums and awesome scenery. We can't wait until they develop their mountain biking a little more! The hotel was so nice and so refined I am excited to go back as soon as I can! We might just head out here again soon!
Went to check in and found an older man on the customer computer. As I stood at the desk he finally said, sounding annoyed and with his back to me, what do you need? While still an okay place to stay, they have lost the charm of years gone by when the owners greeted you and made you feel like a guest in their home. The bed was rock hard and the made to order breakfast was often over cooked, while the young man seating you could use some customer service lessons. Disappointed at how much it's changed.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, big rooms. We had a river view & access, comfy beds, a million pillows, fabulous breakfast & a fun swim in the cold pool. I like the 80's Granny vibe. Hot tub isn't the hottest, but everything else was very nice. Good restaurant next door.
This was such a refreshing place compared to the chain hotels. The room was spacious, clean with big chairs and comfortable love seat. In addition to the bathroom sink there was a sink in the room which was so convenient. The towels were like home, soft and different colors not just the standard rough, over bleached white. Beds were great with 6 full sized pillows. The setting is beautiful on the river. The restaurant next door was good. The outdoor pool overlooking the river was so inviting. Great place. Definitely recommended.
