Nice comfortable rooms, like that they are pet friendly. Hotel is clean and staff is nice
This is a great low priced hotel! Upon checking, the front desk worker was very knowledgeable and super friendly. They have a good breakfast and the rooms are a nice size and extremely clean. We had the privilege of meeting goes the owner who was very sweet to us, and so appreciative to us that we enjoyed our stay. Overall, nice staff, nice facilities and good breakfast!
I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels but this is definitely the worst. The floor in our room literally had lumps under the carpet. There was a metal bracket sticking out six inches from under the bed that I hit my leg on earning a nice bruise. The entire room looked patched together by a blind handyman. We only had two towels in the room for four people. Stopped at the front desk and asked for more towels on our way to the pool and were only given two more even though I told them we were going to the pool. The hot tub was lukewarm but that didn’t matter because the chemical smell coming from it was so bad that it made everyone’s eyes water to the point that you couldn’t keep them open. The regular pool was so cold that the kids couldn’t use it.
The desk said because of location rates are high. This hotel is not worth the amount I paid for. There is absolutely nothing in the town and everything Is jacked up cause of the national parks. If you have to pay for national parks why make the hotel expensive as well. ESPECIALLY CAUSE THIS LOCATION IS COMPLETELY ISOLATED FROM ANYTHING THIS IS THE ONLY TOWN IN 100MILES OF THE I15-CO BORDER
This place got the job done. We came in pretty late, and had to leave early, so we were only there for a short time. The room was really hot when we got there, but it did cool off. The room was definitely far from the cleanest hotel room that I've seen. We weren't picky, just tired, but I can't say that I was overly impressed.
