Nice little pit stop with a river view. Mediocre for quality, adequate salad bar, good coffee. Quick & friendly service. "Panini" bread was a smashed hamburger bun. Desserts seemed to be store-bought
We were traveling through on I70 and stopped for the night in Green Rivers. This restaurant was across the street from the HI Express. The food was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was updated and mod. The service was excellent. They additionally sold some local art, local honey, caramels, locally made hand lotion, and local t-shirts.
Southwest Navajo fry bread with grilled chicken, lots of avocado, corn, black beans, cheese and red or green sauce was delicious, but huge. Had to take half with me. My husband kept commenting on how tender his prime rib was and it didn't have a lot of fat. Their iced tea is terrific and came in a tall glass with lots of ice, just the way I like it. Trudy was our server. She did a great job and was very pleasant and helpful. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the serving size. We were fortunate to have seating at a booth by the window and got to enjoy the Green River during our whole meal.
Quaint little riverside stop, but the food is aggressively "okay". Got a burger & the Black Dragon. The burger was a bit too carbon-like & the Black Dragon was a bit dry & packed less flavor than I'd have thought. They are one of the only stops for 106 miles if heading east, however, so if you're hungry, they are a stop!
Love this place. Salad bar is amazing and do NOT skip the bread. If you get lucky enough to have Kyle as your server you’ll be in for a treat. Efficient and friendly. Menu is diverse. Something for everyone.
