Nachos were very lacking in size and meat for the price. Had processed beans on it and canned cheese sauce. Kids Quesada is 1 tortilla with white cheese. Bathrooms were dirty.l
As many times as I have driven by and sometimes through Green River, this was the first time we stopped at La Veracruzana, and I think we will now be regular customers. We had the molcajete and it was amazing. Meat perfectly seasoned, fantastic spicy sauce, and the refried beans were some of the best I've ever had. Of course we've only had the one dish, but it was definitely good enough that I want to go back. Great, friendly service. If you're going to Moab, don't miss.
The food was absolutely delicious!!! We had the steak ranchero and the pollo a la plancha! Definitely recommend it! The owners were also very nice and attentive.
If you want "a dining experience", then leave town. If you just want to "eat", then this is a great place. No frills no thrills, just good food.
