My wife called them for a tow last week. They hooked onto the tie rods of her car, bending them horribly and rendering the car inoperable. They said they would fix it and "get the alignment close enough"... ha! She refused and had a local dealer perform the repair. The shop will not do the right thing and settle this matter, so we are dealing with their insurance company for the $1K out of pocket. They wouldn't even give out their insurance info, so we looked it up online. Watch out for them!
